Ski in, ski out convenience in winter, tee off from the front door in summer. But do it in luxurious yet very affordable style. This condo is perfect for a small family or two couples. Brand new in 1999, Copper Springs is a classic grand lodge with stone, timbers and beams evoking the style of rustic national park lodges.  Our unit 326 is a sunny one bedroom condo decorated in a western log theme complete with all the amenities expected in a luxury suite.  With an awesome view of the TenMile mountain range, a private deck overlooks the hot tubs and the Pete Dye golf course.

The Lodge features a spectacular outdoor patio area with two hot tubs carved out of natural rock landscape. Inside, the "Powder Room" lobby greets residents with a grand stone and timber fireplace. Here you will also find secure ski lockers, a ski tuning area, and an exclusive fully equipped fitness club, pool table and sauna.

Unit 326 is on the third floor and accessed either by the elevators or stairway. The hallway is fully carpeted and the entry door is distressed timber. Coin-op washers, driers and a soft drink machine are located down the hall in the laundry room.

The Living and Dining area comfort you with a queen sleeper sofa, decorative down throw pillows, a rustic hand-made bent willow love seat with comfortable cushions, and antiqued lamps with parchment and rawhide shades combined with distressed wood and iron tables.  Cable TV and VCR are housed in a western style cabinet with aged tin door panels. The dining table is distressed painted wood with four distinctive twig style chairs-all illuminated by a wrought iron and parchment chandelier. The "bar" counter top has three barstools. A heavy timber mantel and stone surround frame the instant on gas log fireplace.

Kitchen - From the imported tile floor to the mission-style wood cabinetry, it is fully equipped with microwave, full size range, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stainless double sink, coffee maker, toaster as well as all the utensils, dishes  and glassware that make for a useful kitchen. The telephone/answering machine is on the bar counter top. 

Bedroom - After a long day on the slopes, the queen size bed, rustic log style headboard and cozy bedding, colorful blankets, gathered dust skirts, lots of comfortable pillows and a warm, fluffy duvet-covered down comforter are welcome indeed. The room is complete with an antiqued pine dresser,  lamps of wicker and iron with parchment shades, and a recessed cable TV with remote.

Bathroom - Imported ceramic floor tile, wall heater, tiled shower tub, mirror framed in antiqued rustic wood and lots of light make getting ready a pleasure. Of course, there is a hair dryer and plenty of soft, fluffy towels.  

For your convenience all building locks are card operated.  Use your card key to access the garage, exercise room, sauna, ski locker room and laundry.  Elevators and hotel style luggage carts are available to make moving in easier.  Then park your car in our heated underground lot.
